Employment Opportunities at CABVI

Are you interested in full or part-time work in the community, or in CABVI's Central Industries department? We hope to meet your employment needs. For people who are blind or visually impaired, CABVI paves the way to rewarding employment opportunities. Meaningful employment is more than just a source of income - it’s a source of pride. CABVI offers two types of employment services – Community Employment and Central Industries – to help people who are blind or visually impaired find and retain jobs they value.

Community Employment: The Employment Specialists at CABVI evaluate your interests and capabilities, providing you with the resources necessary to successfully pursue your employment goals.

Services include assistance with:

  • readiness assessment
  • job searching
  • resume writing
  • interview preparedness
  • employer contact and on-the-job training

Our services do not stop when you start working. We continue to provide support services to both you and your employer.
